I am committed to getting your order out to you as soon as possible!  However, this is a small, part time business and I have other obligations from time to time that may delay your order.  All of my listed items are in stock and I strive to ship all orders within 7 days but sometimes things come up that are beyond my control.  If I am unable to ship within the time shown in each item description,  you will receive notification with the option to cancel the order for a full refund or wait.  If you choose to wait, you will receive free shipping in the form of a  gift certificate good for $5 off any future order to compensate you for the delay.

Unconditional Quality Guarantee

  If you are unhappy with any of my blanks, for ANY reason, please let me know and I will issue a merchandise certificate good for 100% of the value of the blank or refund your money, including shipping.  This includes defects, too many bubbles, and even if you turn it and it just does not “wow” you like you thought it should!  I do not need to see pictures for proof, your word is all I need!

Pen Completion Guarantee

  Also, don’t forget my pen completion guarantee that helps ease the pain of any mistake you may make with one of my blanks.  If you mess up a blank in any way, maybe you cut it too short or got too agressive and overturned it, just let me know and I will send you a merchandise certificate good for 50% off a replacement of your choice!  I want all of my blanks to end up as a nice pens!  Once again, no pictures necessary, your word is good enough!

Payments, Returns, Order Confirmation, and Shipping

 I use Paypal to process all payments.  You do not need to have a Paypal account if you choose to pay with a credit card.  All financial transactions are handled through Paypal’s secure server and I do not have access to any credit card or financial information at any time.  I also accept checks or money orders

Returns for Unused Items

 Simply put, I will accept returns for a full refund (less shipping) on any un-used blank you purchase from my normal inventory as long as I are in business, even if you just no longer want or need them!  Special orders, including pens, will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  Please contact me for a return authorization and instructions.

 You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another once your order has been shipped.  If there is any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

 We welcome orders from all over the World and use United States Postal Service Flat Rate shipping for most orders since this provides the most bang for the buck.  I only charge actually shipping cost and do not charge any handling or packaging fees.  If you only order a few items and choose "Best Rate with Refund of Difference" and  I can ship for less, I will issue a full refund for the difference.  I DO NOT use shipping as an additional profit center.

Damaged or Lost Items

I self insure all of my blank shipments.  If your order has not been received within a reasonable amount of time after receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail or if it arrives damaged, please contact me.  Upon tracking the order, if I find that it is permanently lost, I will send you a gift certificate for the amount of the original purchase, including shipping so you can choose new blanks.

All pen orders will be shipped insured by the US Postal Service, the cost of which is included in the purchase price.  If a pen order is lost or damaged, I will initiate the insurance claim for you.  If a reasonable settlement is not able to be obtained from the US Postal Service, I will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Security Policies

I take issues of security very seriously. I only ask for such information as is necessary to complete your order.  I will not sell or share your information with anyone at any time unless required by legal subpoenas.  When you create an account with me, your personal data is stored in a database with 128 bit encryption to prevent access to anyone but me.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of code that gets uploaded to your computer in order to store user-specific information. Cookies are used to store visitor preferences, to record session information and to remember things for you such as your login and shopping cart information. Cookies also help me to see how shoppers use my site and when. I also use cookies to assist with site development.  Most browsers these days are set up to automatically accept cookies but this option is easily turned off.  I are not able to see any personally identifying information through the use of cookies.
