I am so very happy that this is the first place I came when I started.  Shipping time and customer support is second to none, and the product itself is the only thing I will ever use.  Met the owner in Atlanta recently, and he took the time to explain everything about anything I had questions about.  This is the way people are suppose to treat their customers.  Would send anyone to TurnTex for anything.

I have ordered well over 200 gallons from you over the past two years(or so).  Every order has arrived ok except this last 12 gallons I ordered.   It is not you fault at all but one of the packages appeared to have been handled very rough and the caps to your 1 gallon bottles had both cracked and the safety seals had been slightly broken open.  I don't know how it made it through USPS transfer station because by the time I got it, the package was 50% soaked with stabilizer.  There was about 1-2 cups of resin that was caught in the protective bags that you use to encase the individual gallons.  Thankfully I was able to pour it back into the gallon containers and compare the levels to the undamaged gallon containers and there was no more than 1/4 cup missing per gallon.  I didn't think that 1/4 cup would effect the activator so I just used it anyways and it worked just fine.

I am not angry, just giving you feedback.  I think that if you used an electric powered bander to seal the bags, you will get a tighter seal compared to the zip ties you use.

My Comments:  Thank you for the suggestion.  I have tried a bag sealer in the past with less than satisfactory results that still leaked.  I found the twisted top with zip tie to seal better.  However, I did not have an industrial sealing machine.  I am looking at them now and you may very well see the change on future orders!

I have yet to use the product I ordered, cactus juice, but I have heard nothing but good things and is the reason I ordered it.  I can attest to the buying and shipping of the product was beyond satisfying.  I ordered it and it shipped the same day and I received on the second day after being shipped.  I am still waiting for a product I ordered through Amazon.  Looking forward in doing business with this company in the future.

CURTIS, you are the best, along with your product. Cactus Juice last until you use it all, simply put, and has never failed. Not even my best friends return my calls or messages at 2 and 3am. Anyone into stabilizing or casting that does not use TurnTex, simply don't know better,

I started with a quart, then a half gallon, then a gallon.  This order I got 2 gallons.  Cactus Juice does exactly what he says.  Not only do you get a great product but you get the expertise of Curtis along with it.

I am just getting into stabilizing wood blanks for my ink pens.  I haven't had a chance to use the product yet.  I can say that they provide very fast service even when the owner is away.  When I made my original order, two of the dyes were on back order so I put my email in to be notified when they were back in stock.  It didn't take very long for them to get some more and have it shipped to me.  I look forward to the many great things that will be achieved using their products!!

I've received my Stabilizing Chamber and am looking forward to using it to make sure stunning pieces of jewellery from stabilized wood and resin. The chamber was well packaged for international travel and all of the pieces arrived in tip top shape. I'm glad I made my purchase. Just a note to others if you're considering purchasing one that the suggested lead time may not be accurate. I contacted Curtis after waiting a few weeks longer than the suggested time and he assured me my order was in the queue, I just had to wait a little longer.

I don't often leave feedback.  However this company is the best!  Their shipping is fast and reasonable.  I called with a question and I actually received a phone call back.  I was treated courteously and with respect.  Their product is top notch and have already purchased 10 gallons of the cactus juice and 16lbs of the Alumilite.  I will be a long term customer for sure.

I have recently been interested in casting my own pen blanks.  After quite a bit of research I decided to go with Alumilite.  I have turned PR blanks before and I am not a fan, the smell, how brittle they are, I just do not like the PR.  I bought some of your Cactus Juice (which I love btw) and had a good experience with you when I purchased that.  I wanted to continue to give my business to Curtis when I decided to purchase the Alumilte Clear.  Between the fast response to questions on my previous order, fair pricing, and the quality of the product, I will definitely be restocking here.  

Thank you for your excellent service and products.  I bought both the stabilizing and casting chemicals along with some dyes on the recommendation of a long-time friend.  Followed your instructions to a T with my first stabilization - Black Ash Burl - and it went PERFECT.  Even put some reddish-orange dye in it.  The blanks were soft and porous when I started and now are rock hard and heavy.  I will be using your products and recommending them to others.

I think I've looked at every video containing your "Cactus Juice".  I have many uses for it to stabilize porous stone, primarily opal, but occasionally turquoise, rhyolite and even some petrified wood.  Its always interesting to me the amount of crossover from one industry to another.  There's a museum that has developed various polymers for sale that they needed in there lab for stabilizing fragile fossils.  Their products however are very pricey.  I guess they operate under a different paradigm than others?  Of course I got the "Juice" and a vacuum seal broke on the vacuum machine.  (Argg) I'll tell you how it goes when I'm up and running again.

I recently placed my first order after watching several you tube videos and doing a good bit of reading about turntex. Since I am in Texas about 200 miles or so from turnex shipping was very fast. Cactus juice arrived very well packaged. I tried some spalted maple pen blanks for my first try. Followed the directions and everything went very well. The blanks turned out to weigh about 2 1/2 times what they were when I started. Turned one pen as a test and it was more like turning acrylic than wood. I intend to stabilize some wood for other projects. When I need to I will be ordering from turntex again.

I recently placed my first order for Cactus Juice, dye and some vac pot components. The service was fast and communications on my shipment was great.

I ordered the Cactus Juice after I purchased a qt bottle to try out. I just stabilized some high quality redwood burl I Cannot wait to get it on the lathe. I will be back at another time with some pics.
