i am just getting started with the whole casting and stabilizing so this order was just 6 casters choice but I love them and everyone loves the blanks made with them. I ordered the vacuum chamber kit and it arrived timely and good shape.  What I was most impressed was I had a question about something I forgot to put in my order, and my text was responded to almost immediately!  My question was answered and I was happy. I will definitely buy from TurnTex again.

i Just have to say that there is no substitute for Turn-Tex products. Absolute quality and attention to detail.   I recently received my first batch of Cactus Juice.  This past weekend I ran a small batch of pens blanks through the new vacuum chamber with the Cactus Juice.  When the process was completed, I turned one of the blanks.  What a joy it was!  I'll be purchasing more when this is gone.

Could not ask for a better product. l bought the Oven Tamer II and that thing is waaaay better than I could have imagined. It keeps the oven within .2 degrees. Thank you Curtis for a very good product.

Cactus juice resin is just great and I gather unique result using dyes.

 

The Cactus Juice works exactly as advertise.  I was surp at first that it didn’t leave a smoot, shiny plastic surfac, but realized that it worked to my advantage in that it will take finish and can be polished to a high sheen with tung oil.  My treated wood scales are selling my knives better than ever.  Thanks Turntex!

I ordered for the first time from Turn Tex last week and I couldn't be more impressed with their product and their incredibly fast service. I'm not sure how they are able to turn around orders that fast but I will be using them for all my stablizing needs.

I always tell others about Cactus Juice and the web site.  I have never been disappointed in either the product or service 

my order was processed in a timely manor, great service.

I have been using Cactus Juice for 4 or 5 years and have had great success with it. I recently ordered some alumilite and casters choice. Ordered late in the afternoon and got email the next morning that order had shipped! I got my order in a couple of days and decided I was ready to be a caster. I mixed my first batch, put it in the pressure pot and twelve hours later it was still as runny as when I poured it. 

So I called Curtis and he picked right up and we went over what I did. He came up with a bad mixing in the wrong cup. Then he talked to me for 30 minutes giving tips on anything i asked.

Arrived quickly... Easy to use. Works like a charm.  I will definitely order this again.

i bought an oven tamer from Curtis and followed the instructions letting the tamer learn my oven. Real simple. My first cook was to dry grape vines and cactus blanks before stabilizatio. The oven maintained the set 220 degrees plus or minus no more than two degrees during the whole drying process.  After stabiliizing, I cured the blanks in my oven at 185 degrees and again the oven tamer performance was excellent. 

The second project was a medium punky bowl blank that I has previously started to turn but found it too spaulted. After stabilization the oven tamer worked perfectly again and now I have a very usable bow blank.  

I am so glad I bought this product as more of the cactus juice stays in the wood and not in the foil because of high heat.

I ordered some parts for building my own chamber, and they were nicer than the other parts I bought on Amazon and at the hardware store. Also, the 3 day UPS shipping beat my Amazon Prime parts ordered within ten minutes of my TurnTex order! 

Thank you for a great experience, and all the educational tools on the website. I also bought the most recommended cheap pump, the Robinair 15310. I haven't pumped down yet my chamber yet, but comparing the specs and giving it a dry run it appears to be a decent pump.

The products are great and customer service excels! Fast shipping and fair pricing. I shall always be a loyal customer. 

Ordering and delivery were surprisingly easy and quick.  Used it for the first time with my vacuum chamber and then baked the pieces.  I plan to take these otherwise useless pieces and add colored casting resin, using a pressure pot prior to turning.

Curtis, another delivery well executed. One small problem. The foil seal on one of the activator bottles wasn't attached very well and was dripping out. Fortunately it was contained in the plastic bag with the Juice. Didn't lose much. Just a drop or two. No biggie. Once again, thanks for a great product. Rob

Just received another order of Cactus Juice from Curtis. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered some of my recent questions about an issue I was having with a casting I had done. He answered them with no hesitation. He also gives great service with mailing the products immediately.
